Over the past three years, ITE has hosted 20 + free events that includes community hikes, runs and outdoor wellness events where more than 800 people participated from Dauphin, Cumberland, York, and Perry Counties, Pittsburgh, and Scranton. Majority of the participants reported that the outdoor experiences like hiking and biking have positively changed how they felt in their body, their mind, and their sense of belonging. ITE's active programs includes outdoor wellness advocacy (Nature Rx Advocacy), leadership training and development, nature-powered productivity, education and scholarships, and youth empowerment are not a menu of separate services.
