Inspired To Explore

As of December 2022, Inspired to Explore was born and now operates under a powerful vision: to empower people to find health, happiness, and a sense of community through outdoor experiences. The nonprofit promotes this mission by encouraging others to experience the transformative power of nature firsthand. In addition to getting his local community outside through hiking, biking, and running events, we also fundraise and give back through scholarships and grants that support nonprofits and educational institutions that empower youth locally and globally, shaping the next generation of leaders. Going one step further, we are committed to helping businesses and professionals integrate nature into their daily routines through consulting and training.

Through Inspired to Explore, our journey from Bhutanese refugee to mountain adventurer embodies our belief that the outdoors holds life-changing potential for all. Our story serves as a reminder that life’s true peaks are reached not through material pursuits but by embracing resilience, gratitude, and a deep connection with the natural world.
