Dr. Rachael Knotts is the CEO of Dr. Rachael Speaking/Training/Coaching, LLC. She is a Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, as well as a seasoned educator and Maxwell DISC Consultant. With over 22 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Rachael brings a deep understanding of leadership development and team dynamics to her work.

Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership & Innovation. Throughout her career, she has helped leaders in both business and education turn friction into flow. By working collaboratively, she helps teams uncover communication barriers and unproductive behavioral patterns, then develops strategic growth plans that restore trust, alignment, and high-level performance.

Dr. Rachael’s certifications include Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, Coach, and Consultant, as well as Maxwell DISC Trainer and Consultant. She is also an active member of Toastmasters International.
